Ideation / Scope

Time is money—literally. Getting all project details right from the start is the foundation of a successful partnership. Each project is distinct and requires insight to source and execute effectively. We collaborate closely with you to align to your client’s vision, goals, and specifications. Together, we lay the groundwork to ensure that every detail supports your client’s brand, meets your deliverables, and makes your project shine.

Sourcing

Armed with a clear vision, our team dives into sourcing the best factories, products, and price points that will set you apart. Whether you and your client’s needs are simple or complex, we pride ourselves on finding innovative solutions that meet quality standards and add value. Our established supplier network allows us to secure what's needed, from cutting-edge designs to timeless pieces.

Quote

This is where our efforts come together. We offer a value-driven quote that makes your project a winning collaboration for you, your client, and us. Quotes are comprehensive, detailing item specifications, lead times, and any unique requirements. We offer flexibility with FOB or LDP pricing options, adapting to whatever works best for you and your project. 

 

Sampling

With the project underway, we shift to sampling— where ideas begin to take physical shape. Samples provide an opportunity for final adjustments, ensuring that every detail aligns with the project vision. Once approved, samples become the benchmark for the production phase, giving you and your client a tangible preview of the quality and detail that can be expected from us. 

 

Production

Managing production requires orchestrating numerous components, from sourcing raw materials to perfecting packaging and logo applications. Our experienced team ensures each stage is meticulously handled, keeping the agreed-upon timelines and ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standards. 

 

Quality Control (QC) & Quality Assurance (QA)

Our quality standards start at the project’s outset, setting clear expectations with our manufacturing partners to achieve the best results. During and after production, our QC/QA processes ensure each item meets AQL standards. Whether our own QC staff or we engage a third-party QC team to provide independent verification, we give you the peace of mind that every product reflects the quality the brand deserves, and that you want to deliver.

Freight/Logistics

Efficient logistics is key to a smooth delivery. Maxam International offers both FOB and LDP options to suit your needs. Together, we make strategic decisions that balance cost control with your in-hand date requirements.

Distribution

Getting your client’s products where they need to go is as crucial as creating them. When supporting your distribution efforts, we tailor the approach to ensure efficient, reliable delivery. We work as your partner every step of the way, ensuring those products arrive ready to wow your client.

Ideation / Scope

Time is money…literally.  The gathering of all details of a project at the outset is the key to success for any project.  Each project is unique, and thus require insight that can allow us to source and execute to meet that projects deliverables.  Partnering with the distributor to get on the same page is the first, and more important step.

Sourcing

With the details in hand, our Team will get to work… looking for factories, items, and price points that differentiate Maxam International in the market.  We pride ourselves in being able to do the simple to the most complex of items.

Quote

selves in being able to do the simple to the most complex of items.  Quote – This is where the work comes through.  We hope to offer the value and services that allow the distributors (and us) to win the project.  Quotes include the item, lead times, and any special details.   We can provide FOB China or LDP pricing, whichever is required.

Sampling

Once we have an order, we get started on the sampling right away.  The samples are important for a few reasons.  This is where the ideas start to become a reality, allowing for final adjustments and details.  Then, the final approved samples become the standard from which production is judged.

Production

This piece requires the management of several key components, from raw fabrics, finalizing packaging details, application of logos, and many more, all within the agreed upon timelines.

QC/QA

While the physical act occurs during and after production, the QC/QA process begins during the scope of the project.  Setting clear expectations for each project and AQL standards is needed for the factory to properly manage production and ensure that the 3rd party QC Team has access to all that is needed.

Freight/Logistics

The movement of completed merchandise from China to the US (or another location) can be handled in a few ways.  We will work with you to identify each option and together we will make the best decision to move the goods to control costs while meeting the in hands date.  Maxam International offers both FOB and LDP options.

Distribution

As with the Freight, the distribution of the merchandise can take on several forms.  Maxam International will partner with you to identify the most efficient methods, whether that is supporting your efforts, or owning this portion of the project.
